After months of shopping every subdivision in Ooltewah, my wife and I chose Gus Issa to build our new home in Seven Lakes. The whole process was pain free. Gus is extremely easy to work with. Our home has standard features that a lot more expensive houses do not have. I would recommend Gus to anyone who is shopping for a new home, regardless of price.
